About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join Tribe AI, an AI-native services company helping enterprises build and deploy AI products. This role involves partnering with large enterprise customers to create successful outcomes and grow relationships.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing
→Identify and engage prospective clients in large enterprises, focusing on AI services
→Develop strategic account plans tailored to client-specific needs
→Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
→Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings
→Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
→Represent Tribe AI at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a focus on large enterprises
✓Experience selling AI technologies and/or backend infrastructure/cloud services
✓Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
✓Strong understanding of technical sales cycles in AI and cloud sectors
✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✓Direct work experience within an early stage startup
✓Track record of supporting company growth and success
