About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to oversee and manage all on-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing construction activities. This role ensures compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards while coordinating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee and manage all on-site MEP construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, hotel operator standards, and local authority requirements
- →Monitor daily MEP site progress, supervise contractors and subcontractors, and enforce strict adherence to quality, safety, testing, and commissioning requirements
- →Coordinate all MEP interfaces with CSA, ID, kitchen/laundry systems, façade, AV/IT, ELV, and specialist suppliers to ensure seamless installation and prevent construction clashes
- →Review MEP contractors’ shop drawings with consultants, method statements, material submissions, construction programs, and progress claims
- →Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly, lead MEP inspections and QA/QC checks, and prepare detailed progress and technical reports for management and stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in managing MEP construction projects
- ✓Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulations
- ✓Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to lead inspections and prepare technical reports
