About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead critical components of Udio's generative AI development: the human listening program and the demo creation program. This role serves as the bridge between musical artistry and machine learning science.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and manage a network of musical experts to evaluate and rate AI model outputs
→Design intuitive evaluation frameworks for music quality assessment
→Convert qualitative feedback into actionable data for engineering teams
→Generate high-quality musical works for artist demos
→Collaborate with partnerships teams to showcase technology benefits

Requirements

✓4+ years of experience in the music industry as Producer, Audio Engineer, Composer, or Musicologist
✓Deep understanding of music theory, song structure, and audio production terminology
✓Proven ability to manage teams, contractors, and complex projects
✓Comfortable working with data and identifying trends
✓Strong NYC music community network for recruitment
✓Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts
