About the Role
We are looking for a Business Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for revenue and go-to-market (GTM) roles at Upbound. This role focuses on building and maintaining high-quality talent pipelines and driving hiring strategies that support pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across levels (IC through leadership), from intake to close.
- →Partner with Sales, CX, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to translate growth targets into hiring strategies.
- →Build and maintain high-quality pipelines using outbound sourcing, referrals, events, and market mapping.
- →Run structured hiring processes including scorecards, interview plans, and debriefs.
- →Drive strong offer strategy and closing plans, managing competitive intel and stakeholder alignment.
- →Track and improve funnel performance, sharing insights with stakeholders.
- →Improve recruiting operations for GTM hiring, including process, tooling, templates, and interview training.
- →Elevate employer branding for revenue talent through messaging, content ideas, and storytelling.
- →Ensure fair, inclusive hiring practices and consistent, compliant recruiting processes.
Requirements
- ✓5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on GTM/revenue roles.
- ✓Experience hiring for technical GTM roles (Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects) is highly desired.
- ✓Demonstrated success hiring in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- ✓Strong sourcing capability with proactive outbound and pipeline building skills.
- ✓Comfort partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- ✓Strong business acumen, understanding sales org structures, quotas, and GTM metrics.
- ✓Skilled at closing candidates with compelling narratives and competitive offer strategies.
- ✓Data-oriented approach using funnel metrics and market insights to improve outcomes.
- ✓Strong process orientation with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- ✓Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
