About the Role

We are looking for an experienced executive recruitment professional to join Visa's Global Executive Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on recruiting top-level talent, specifically VP and SVP candidates, to support company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide strategic guidance to hiring teams regarding executive-level talent requirements
→Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in executive recruitment, offering insights into the senior leadership landscape
→Implement best-in-class executive recruitment processes to attract and hire key executives
→Engage in executive search-related special projects including data analysis and talent intelligence
→Deliver mentorship and SME-level support to recruiting colleagues
→Develop and execute proactive Talent Acquisition strategies for executive placements
→Partner with cross-functional TA teams on initiatives to attract top-tier leadership talent
→Maintain awareness of emerging business strategies and leadership skill gaps

Requirements

✓Experience in executive recruitment, particularly at VP and SVP levels
✓Strong understanding of industry leadership trends and executive market intelligence
✓Ability to provide strategic advice to business and corporate teams
✓Experience with talent acquisition metrics and reporting
✓Knowledge of succession planning and talent intelligence initiatives
✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✓Ability to mentor and support recruiting colleagues
