About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join voize, an AI company that helps nurses save time from admin work. You will be the first human touchpoint for prospects, identifying potential customers and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and research potential new customers in the healthcare sector
- →Conduct cold calls, send outbound emails, and use LinkedIn to generate interest
- →Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the Sales Team
- →Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM
- →Provide valuable market and customer feedback to improve our approach
- →Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and customer feedback to continuously improve your sales strategy
Requirements
- ✓First experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
- ✓Confidence in conducting cold calls and handling rejection professionally
- ✓Curiosity to understand customer needs and match them with our solution
- ✓Excellent communication skills: You know how to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand
- ✓Technical affinity: Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- ✓Fluent in German (C2), to effectively support our German customer base and a good command of English
- ✓Based in/close to Berlin - or willing to relocate
