UX Researcher (Center for Player Insights) at Wargamingen

About the Role

Wargaming’s Center for Player Insights is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to champion player needs and inform product decisions across live-service and in-development titles. You will partner with game teams to conduct research studies and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• →Plan, design, and run research across the product lifecycle, including usability testing, playtesting, and interviews
• →Translate stakeholder questions into clear business goals and research objectives
• →Manage studies end-to-end, including scoping, design, recruiting, analysis, and reporting
• →Partner with Research Operations on participant recruitment and lab setups
• →Synthesize and communicate actionable insights to game teams
• →Contribute to the Center for Player Insights’ research strategy
• →Stay current on industry trends and play Wargaming titles
