About the Role
We are looking for a Merchant Onboarding Associate to join Wolt, a global delivery platform. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract role focused on welcoming partners to Wolt and ensuring their onboarding journey is smooth and successful.
Key Responsibilities
- →Communicate with teams across the organization to coordinate a seamless onboarding and service experience
- →Inform partners about processes and procedures via forms, email, and phone in local language
- →Monitor processes and track progress through Monday.com and other Wolt tools
- →Learn and master internal systems, tools, and workflows to support onboarding effectively
Requirements
- ✓Have the charm, empathy and honesty to build strong relationships
- ✓Are used to high-performance, high-expectation cultures
- ✓Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting stuff done and seeing things through
- ✓Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Finnish
- ✓Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and good at solving problems
- ✓Can adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market
- ✓Have around 1 year in onboarding or partner operations
