About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our GTM team at XBOW, a company redefining cybersecurity with AI-driven autonomous pentesting. This role involves shaping sales strategy and collaborating with leadership to maximize effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- →Work closely with team, founders, and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights
- →Help define and build repeatable outbound and inbound motion

Requirements
- ✓Demonstrable and proven commercial SaaS sales experience in Security or Application Security
- ✓5+ years of experience selling into enterprise customers
- ✓Thrive in early-stage environments where ambiguity is the norm
- ✓Ability to communicate clearly with technical buyers
- ✓Can create demand, not just manage it
- ✓Coachable, curious, and motivated by solving real problems
