About the Role
We are looking for a Market Expert to join Adyen, a financial technology platform serving major companies like Meta, Uber, and Microsoft. This role focuses on driving local margin growth by leveraging our global partner ecosystem and connecting internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βBe the eyes and ears of the market, driving deeper proactive relations with a selection of local strategic partners
- βInitiating and developing commercial relationships with a variety of partners, including top local market leaders and key pillar enablers
- βOrchestrating the wider partnership team and resources to drive maximum local impact
- βDriving partner recommendations and referrals that lead to new business wins
- βBuilding powerful relationships with Adyen's sales, marketing, SDRs, and account management teams
- βAttending partner events to promote Adyen's solutions
- βWorking closely with Marketing teams to build best-in-class GTM activities
- βBe an ambassador to our newly launched Partner Program
- βHelp support and define the evolving strategy of Country Enablement
Requirements
- βYou are a born networker with high energy, self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a commercial edge
- βYouβll have an in-depth knowledge of the local market and the ability to devise innovative new ways of working
- βWinning is more important than ego; you love working as a team
- βA proven commercial edge, a track record of delivering results, and the ability to build long-term relationships
- βA storyteller with excellent presentation skills
- βYou have at least 5 years of working experience in a commercial role
- βYou are willing to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes working outside typical working hours
- βYou have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English
- βYou will have experience working as part of a global team
- βYou can balance strategic thinking with world-class execution
- βYou are excited by having responsible for commercial goals and creating a measurable impact for the business
