About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Content Specialist to join our team at Bump. This role focuses on creating engaging content for the Romanian market to help Bump become the #1 app in Romania.
Key Responsibilities
- →Grow Bump in Romania
- →Lead all content and creator efforts for the Romanian market
- →Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads
- →Build and manage a pipeline of Romanian creators
- →Run influencer campaigns with top Romanian creators
- →Work closely with paid marketing to optimize content performance
- →Stay ahead of trends on TikTok and Instagram
- →Write briefs and provide feedback to external creators
- →Collaborate daily with growth, distribution, and product teams
- →Support launches, events, and Romanian-focused activations
Requirements
- ✓1–5+ years of experience making short-form content
- ✓Experience creating content for ads, especially UGC
- ✓Experience managing creators or providing creative feedback
- ✓Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Romanian creator landscape
- ✓Romanian language proficiency
- ✓Experience living in Romania
- ✓Must be willing to work in-person in our Paris office
