About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team at Apono. This role will focus on hiring Go-To-Market (GTM) roles in the US market while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead end-to-end hiring for GTM roles, primarily in the US market
- βBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
- βConduct in-depth HR and behavioral interviews
- βPartner closely with hiring managers to define profiles, align on hiring plans, and deliver results
- βEnsure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- βUse data and insights to continuously improve recruiting and onboarding processes
- βContribute to scaling and optimizing Aponoβs global talent acquisition practices
Requirements
- β3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a startup / high-tech environment β must
- βProven experience hiring GTM roles in the US market β must
- βStrong sourcing capabilities and pipeline-building expertise
- βExperience conducting structured behavioral interviews
- βAbility to work cross-functionally with global teams
- βHighly motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment
