About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our GCR Sales team at AppsFlyer in Beijing/Shenzhen. This role focuses on nurturing existing clients and driving revenue growth through strategic sales of enterprise SaaS analytics and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Consistently grow and preserve revenue across existing clients across various verticals
- →Build executive-level relationships and establish meetings with business and technology executives
- →Sustain high levels of client retention
- →Manage and deliver accurate forecasts for reporting
- →Understand customer needs to identify upsell opportunities
- →Grow revenue and lead strategic conversations with businesses
- →Establish a reputation as a trusted advisor among targeted accounts
- →Collaborate with internal teams to meet client business objectives
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of relevant industry experience, including more than 2 years in B2B SaaS sales with Chinese companies
- ✓Solid connections with key clients in each industry
- ✓Proven track record of achieving quota targets consistently
- ✓Skilled in managing complex sales cycles with strong business acumen
- ✓Deep understanding of the digital and mobile marketing ecosystem
- ✓Effective in building and nurturing client relationships
- ✓Eager to learn and comprehend our technology
- ✓Collaborative and solution-oriented with a positive attitude
- ✓Demonstrates a growth mindset and high level of professionalism
- ✓Proficient with CRMs, ideally Salesforce
- ✓Fluent in both Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills
