About the Role
Astera Labs is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing People team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will support recruiting operations for engineering, sales, and G&A functions as the company scales rapidly in the AI infrastructure connectivity market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for up to 30 active requisitions across multiple departments and time zones
- →Coordinate complex panel interviews and multi-day onsite visits with internal and external stakeholders
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse ATS
- →Generate recruiting metrics and reports to support team analytics and decision-making
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- ✓2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, or HR support roles
- ✓Demonstrated experience using Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
- ✓Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset
