About the Role
We are looking for a US Talent Acquisition Lead to join Orbital Copilot, an AI assistant built exclusively for commercial real estate law. This role will take full ownership of hiring across our Go-to-Market teams in the U.S. market, collaborating directly with senior leaders to scale critical growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the full hiring lifecycle for Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing and Business Development roles in the U.S.
- →Collaborate directly with GTM leadership to influence role design, headcount planning, and hiring priorities
- →Improve and scale hiring processes that are efficient, fair, and candidate-focused
- →Build our U.S. team during a pivotal growth phase with visibility across the business
- →Join a mission-driven team building AI tools that redefine legal work in commercial real estate
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- ✓Strong track record hiring commercial roles at high-growth B2B SaaS or tech companies
- ✓Experience devising sourcing solutions in tough markets
- ✓Experience managing or mentoring recruiters or contract partners
- ✓Experience building GTM teams in the U.S.
- ✓Ability to own stakeholder relationships with senior leaders and translate hiring needs into actionable strategies
- ✓Highly organized, outcomes-driven, and comfortable managing multiple high-priority roles
- ✓Data-driven approach to optimize hiring performance and candidate experience
- ✓Understanding of inclusive, structured, and candidate-friendly hiring processes
- ✓Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a startup mindset
