About the Role
Astera Labs is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role involves full-cycle recruiting for critical hardware engineering positions in signal integrity, hardware validation, systems engineering, and product engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end recruiting process for hardware engineering roles
- →Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and establish hiring strategies
- →Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- →Screen, interview, and assess technical candidates
- →Guide candidates through the interview process and manage expectations
- →Drive offer processes including compensation negotiations
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with hardware engineering roles
- ✓Proven track record recruiting for signal integrity, hardware validation, systems engineering, or product engineering positions
- ✓Strong understanding of hardware engineering disciplines and semiconductor industry landscape
- ✓Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and other recruiting tools
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management skills
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
