WHAT YOU'LL DO • 顧客のTTV(Time to Value)を最大化するために、製品機能に関する問い合わせや顧客導入の技術的な側面を促進し、サポートする。 • Braze利用における効率性と価値を提供するために、日々の技術的な問い合わせや要望をサポートする。 • 顧客のプロダクトチームとエンジニアリングチームが、可能な限り独立して効率的に作業し、Brazeを利用できるように支援する。 • 顧客や社内チームとコミュニケーションをとり、製品や導入スケジュールについて説明する。 • 技術要件、スケジュール、目標/指標、顧客とのやり取りを記録する • 製品のユースケースの検証、および製品発売のための技術的な実現可能性の確認。 • 技術的な懸念や問題に対応し、スムーズな導入を実現する。 • 顧客のマーケティング、製品、エンジニアリングチームと連携し、Brazeを利用する目的と、プラットフォームがお客様の技術スタックにどのように適合するかを理解する。 • オンボーディングマネージャーをサポートし、ユースケースに対する戦術的な対応と戦略的なソリューションを提供し、それらを顧客のための実行可能なステップに変換する。 • 顧客のマーケティング要件に合わせて、顧客とのパートナーシップのもと、技術的および製品的な採用計画や作業範囲の設計に貢献する。 • 効果的かつ効率的なSDKとAPIの統合、およびBrazeを使用したキャンペーン全体の展開を達成するために、新規顧客をサポートする。 マーケティング、製品、および技術に焦点を当てたワークショップを設計、提供し、顧客のニーズを満たし、期待以上の成果を上げる。 • オンラインとオンサイトの両方で、顧客へ効率的にイネーブルメント・トレーニングとワークショップを提供する。 • ツール導入や継続的なキャンペーン展開プロセスにおいて、顧客から報告された技術的な問題のトラブルシューティングと解決策の提供。 • 機能的な製品や技術的なユースケースに関する日々のニーズや対応に取り組むことで、より幅広いカスタマーサクセス組織へのサポートを提供する。 WHAT YOU HAVE • デジタルマーケティング、モバイルアプリ開発、Webサイトの構築、テクニカルサポート、カスタマーサクセスプロフェッショナルなど、エンタープライズ/ストラテジックアカウントでの5年以上の関連業務の経験（入社時にすべての経験を満たしている必要はない） • 優れたコミュニケーション能力 • 英語力（最低限ドキュメントが理解でき、GlobalTeamとのSlackでのコミュニケーションができるレベル） • エンジニアスキル（2-3年の開発者経験：言語は問わない） • 以下のうち2つ以上の製品知識と技術的な専門知識をお持ちの方 • SaaS • デジタルマーケティング • モバイルアプリ開発 • Webサイトの構築 • APIの開発 • プログラミング • 顧客との文書および口頭でのコミュニケーションにおいて、丁寧かつ的確に対応できる方。 • チームプレーヤー • 問題解決能力があり、知的好奇心が旺盛な方 • 自分の仕事について、またそれが他人にどのような影響を与えるかについて、より深く学ぶことに機会と成長を見いだせる方 • 顧客満足度に寄与するホスピタリティ #LI-Hybrid WHAT WE OFFER Braze benefits vary by location, and we encourage you to review our specific benefits offerings for each country here.
