About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing sales team at Cloudflare, a hyper-growth technology company. As the first point of contact for customers, you will develop customer-centric sales skills and become an expert in Cloudflareβs products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- βCreate excellent customer experiences
- βLearn customer-centric sales skills
- βBecome an expert in Cloudflareβs product
- βOwn and meet target quota related to number of qualified opportunities, response SLA, value of sales pipeline, and revenue
- βDevelop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads
- βDiscover pain points and use case, map them to broad set of Cloudflare solutions and qualify for Enterprise sales opportunities
- βWork cross-functionally with stakeholders (account executives, marketing, sales operations, fellow BDRs)
- βReport, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC
- βPlay an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes

- βMinimum 1 year of experience in BDR or in a similar capacity in the technology industry is preferred, specifically in SaaS will be a plus
- βExperience in Outreach and Salesforce is a plus
