About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our ASEAN customer success team at Cloudflare. This role will focus on managing and growing our customer base in Thailand, serving as a trusted advisor to customers and helping them leverage Cloudflare's platform to achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- βServe as the primary point of contact for customers in the Thailand region
- βBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives, technical leaders, and business owners
- βFully manage the customer life cycle
- βServe as the voice of the customer within Cloudflare, advocating for their needs and priorities
- βMonitor customer usage and performance, identifying opportunities for adoption, retention, and expansion
- βDevelop a deep understanding of customers' business objectives and challenges, providing strategic advice on leveraging Cloudflare's platform
- βWork with customers to develop and execute success plans
- βCollaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
- βAnalyze customer data and provide insights to leadership
Requirements
- βExperience in a customer-facing role, ideally as a CSM, in the technology industry
- βNative Thai speaker
- βStrong understanding of cloud-based technologies and application security
- βProven track record of managing large, complex customer accounts
- βAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- βExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- βStrong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
- βBachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience
