About the Role
We are looking for a Renewals Account Manager to join Cloudflare's Sales team. This role focuses on maximizing renewal value for existing customers by building relationships and articulating ROI to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn and maximize renewal value of a book of business
- βBuild and leverage customer and channel relationships
- βCapture and articulate ROI to senior customer stakeholders
- βMaintain and report an accurate weekly forecast
- βEngage customers from onboarding through the entire customer lifecycle
- βNegotiate and execute renewal contracts
- βAnalyze data to identify selling opportunities
- βDrive alignment with the Sales team
- βDevelop long-term relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- βMinimum of 3 years of experience in renewals or account management
- β2+ years relative industry experience
- βExpertise in SaaS retention and sales process
- βExcellent knowledge of value driven sales
- βStrong problem solving and negotiation skills
- βBachelorβs Degree or equivalent experience preferred
