Key Responsibilities
- โProvide support to cross-functional teams with a high attention to detail
- โResearch, analyze, and document findings
- โDocument and distribute new or revised processes and procedures
- โAnalyze business problems and recommend solutions
- โWrite user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- โCreate and implement solution design that meets business needs
- โCreate and implement project plans when applicable
- โTest the design, manage QA and UAT, verify solutions
- โWrite up and keep detailed records of initiatives
- โPerform system demos, participate in user acceptance testing, and conduct user training
- โFacilitate user acceptance and sign off
- โReview, analyze, and evaluate market data and trends
- โWork with stakeholders and requestors to document requirements, define project scope and objectives
Requirements
- โAbility to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision
- โAbility to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes
- โExcellent and effective oral and written English communication skills
- โDetail-oriented, strong analytical, people, and documentation skills
- โWell-versed in both Agile and waterfall methodologies, as well as SCRUM
- โUnderstanding of how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- โAbility to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
- โProblem-solving abilities and the ability to meet reasonable deadlines
- โStrong team player with the ability to build positive and collaborative relationships
- โFamiliarity with relational database concepts and client-server concepts
- โFinancial analysis and familiarity with financial terms
- โWillingness to call or speak with customers directly
- โFamiliarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Jira
- โBachelorโs degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- โ2+ years of related experience
- โ2+ years of experience working with the Salesforce Platform
- โExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- โSalesforce Business Analyst Certification
- โPreferred: Experience in Finance or Marketing
