About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join Conveo, an AI research platform enabling fast, affordable, and high-quality consumer/B2B research. You will work closely with senior stakeholders at global Fortune 500 brands, building deep, strategic relationships and guiding them through adoption, budget cycles, and long-term partnership planning.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and own senior-level relationships across accounts
- →Map organizations to understand decision-makers and key stakeholders
- →Lead renewal and expansion motions in partnership with Customer Success and Sales leadership
- →Identify new use cases, markets, and teams to drive multi-team, multi-market adoption
- →Help champions position Conveo internally by crafting compelling ROI and value narratives
Requirements
- ✓6+ years in Account Management, Consulting, Market Research, or similar roles
- ✓Excellent communication skills: active listener, clear writer, strong at framing trade-offs and influencing decisions
- ✓High energy, sense of ownership, and bias to action
- ✓Comfortable working with AI-driven products and translating technical concepts
