About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Coupang Taiwan. This role involves leading a customer service team to create excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- โManage and support approximately 15 frontline customer service team members, responsible for team attendance scheduling and manpower allocation, ensuring service quality and work efficiency
- โSupervise and improve team members' work performance, service quality, and professional skills
- โConduct supervisor callbacks (handling customer escalated cases, complaints, or complex issues)
- โProvide immediate assistance to frontline team members in handling emergencies and offer professional advice
- โParticipate in and promote education and training, process optimization, and service improvement plans
Requirements
- โFluent in Mandarin Chinese (native level), with basic English reading and writing skills
- โAbility to independently and quickly handle problems in high-pressure environments
- โGood adaptability andๅบๅ ability, clear logic, skilled at handling high-sensitivity or high-emotion cases
- โSkilled in communication and record keeping, able to convert verbal communication into written data
- โPossess a sense of team responsibility
- โWilling to work in shifts (Monday to Sunday/Day shift 08-17; Night shift 13-22)
- โMust lead and support frontline operations during different time slots according to the schedule
- โPossess stable internet and a quiet work environment to support remote work arrangements
