About the Role
We are looking for an early Account Manager to join CRED AI and help build and scale our customer and revenue expansion engine from the ground up. This role involves owning customer relationships end-to-end and identifying opportunities to grow and expand accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and manage customer relationships post-sale, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
- →Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and partner with leadership to close growth opportunities
- →Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product and founders to influence roadmap and GTM strategy
- →Help define and refine ICPs, value propositions, use cases, and account playbooks
- →Maintain accurate account data, forecasts, and renewal pipelines in Salesforce
- →Lay the foundation for scalable account management and post-sales processes
- →Partner cross-functionally to ensure long-term customer success and retention
Requirements
- ✓2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or post-sales roles in B2B SaaS or startups
- ✓Proven experience managing renewals and driving account expansion
- ✓Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Comfort working in early-stage environments with evolving processes
- ✓A curious, coachable mindset with a bias toward action
- ✓Excitement about building from 0 to 1 alongside founders
