About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive, SMB at Crisp to facilitate consultative discovery sessions with law firm owners. This role involves aligning solutions to client needs, negotiating effectively, and closing multi-year agreements valued at $100k+ ARR.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead consultative discovery meetings with law firm owners to identify their needs
- →Qualify, nurture, and book calls with qualified inbound leads
- →Communicate the value of tailored solutions and build trust with law firm owners
- →Prepare and present custom proposals, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements
- →Collaborate with onboarding and account management teams for seamless client transitions
- →Track and manage sales activities, pipeline progress, and deal forecasting in HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- ✓Ability to work at our Atlanta, GA office or willingness to relocate
- ✓4+ years of professional sales experience engaging with law firm owners or C-level executives
- ✓Track record of consistent quota attainment and meeting sales performance metrics
- ✓Experience selling multi-year agreements with total deal values of $100K or more
- ✓Ability to clearly communicate value and establish executive-level relationships
- ✓Experience managing full-cycle sales processes
- ✓Proficiency using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
