About the Role
As a Outbound Sales Development Representative at Crisp, you will play an integral role in driving pipeline growth. Your primary responsibility involves engaging and qualifying inbound leads through speed-to-lead outreach and generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Quickly engage and qualify inbound leads through immediate speed-to-lead outreach via phone calls, emails, SMS, and other methods
- →Proactively source additional pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting activities
- →Sell tickets to Crisp events
- →Convert initial prospect interest into scheduled Strategy Sessions
- →Complete 80–100+ daily outreach activities
- →Use consultative discovery techniques to build rapport and identify client needs
- →Maintain thorough records of all prospect interactions within HubSpot CRM
- →Confirm and follow up on scheduled Strategy Sessions
Requirements
- ✓Able to work in our Atlanta, GA office 5 days per week or willing to relocate
- ✓At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or business development roles
- ✓Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
- ✓Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and consistently hit targets
- ✓Comfortable communicating with sophisticated buyers and C-level executives
- ✓Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of outreach activities daily
- ✓A coachable mindset with an eagerness to learn and improve
