About the Role
We are seeking a Strategy Support Specialist to join our team at Datacor. In this role, you will manage strategic support accounts and coordinate delivery management for various projects, working closely with clients to develop tailored support strategies and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- βBuild strong relationships as the main point of contact for client cases
- βProvide high-level support by diagnifying and resolving client issues
- βCoordinate with client help desk teams for seamless collaboration
- βDevelop escalation procedures for unresolved issues
- βMonitor help desk performance and identify improvement areas
- βAct as Delivery Manager for small projects under 20 hours
- βMonitor and communicate project status updates to leadership
- βScope and refine requests for development enhancements
- βIdentify opportunities for business expansion and innovation
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree in Computer Science, IT Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field
- β2β3 years of Datacor ERP experience
- βStrong understanding of help desk models of customer support
- βStrong organizational skills with attention to detail
- βHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools
- βExcellent verbal and written communication skills
- βProcess-driven mindset focused on repeatability and scalability
- βPassion for analyzing data, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement
- βAbility to thrive in cross-functional, collaborative environments
