About the Role
We are looking for an Agent Product Manager to join Decagon's team. This role involves building, deploying, and scaling AI agents for enterprise clients, working closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, design, and optimize enterprise-quality AI agents in collaboration with customers
- →Embed deeply within strategic customers to understand their business challenges and serve as a strategic advisor
- →Run tight feedback loops into Engineering to influence feature development based on real customer needs
- →Represent Decagon externally, working closely with customers and prospects
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, engagement manager, consultant, founder, etc.)
- ✓Deep technical acumen to understand and shape AI agent designs
- ✓Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
