About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team at Deel. This role focuses on selling our all-in-one payroll and HR platform to global teams, helping businesses scale smarter and more compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from start to finish
- →Build strong relationships with customers and negotiate to close complex commercial deals
- →Sell to MM-sized customers (200-2,000 employees), ideally software-led products
- →Build out strong pipelines while partnering with a BDR
- →Accurately forecast sales results and identify gaps in your pipeline
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of sales quota carrying experience, ideally in IT SaaS
- ✓Strong background in B2B software-led product sales
- ✓Excellent track record as an individual contributor
- ✓Experience collaborating with teams across a growing company
- ✓Ability to thrive in a global remote team environment
