About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at Deel, a global payroll and HR platform. This role focuses on managing the full sales cycle, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
- →Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell
- →Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment
- →Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies
- →Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- →Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts
- →Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- →Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
- →Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
Requirements
- ✓Located in EMEA
- ✓3+ years of closing sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years selling into the UK&I market
- ✓A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business
- ✓SFDC proficiency
- ✓Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction
- ✓Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
