About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive, MM to join Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with mid-market clients in the CEE & Baltics region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Grow and own a targeted account list
- →Develop a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies
- →Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise
- →Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- →Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and collaboration
- →Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data
Requirements
- ✓Geographically based in CEE & Baltics region
- ✓5+ years sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year selling into the Mid-Market segment
- ✓A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and executing across the full sales cycle
- ✓Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and Satisfaction
- ✓Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- ✓Fully proficient in English and one of the Central and Eastern European languages
- ✓Extensive experience managing b2b clients and expanding the business footprint within the CEE & Baltics region
