About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. In this dynamic role, you will be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, building genuine relationships and providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a high volume of SMB accounts
- →Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn
- →Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points and providing solutions
- →Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback
- →Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis
- →Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- →Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience with a past history of elite performance
- ✓Previous experience advising customers, preferably in a Customer Success or consulting role
- ✓Strong desire to be in the technology space
- ✓Relationship builder who remains calm under pressure
- ✓Quantitatively inclined and data savvy
- ✓Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
- ✓Solid track record of achievement in a top-tier company
- ✓Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
