About the Role
We are looking for a Spanish-English Customer Success Manager to join our team at Deel. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving long-term revenue growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in our ENT segments
- →Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn
- →Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points and providing solutions
- →Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback
- →Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis
- →Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- →Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention
Requirements
- ✓Fluent in both Spanish and English
- ✓Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience with client-facing roles
- ✓Experience in fast-growth startups, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- ✓Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to remain calm during crises
- ✓Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, capable of drawing insights from complex data sets
- ✓A self-starter with a growth mentality who thrives in fast-paced environments
- ✓Track record of achievement in top-tier companies or roles
- ✓Strong analytical foundation with data manipulation and synthesis abilities
- ✓Curious and motivated to make an impact
