About the Role
Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking an IT Data Systems Administrator to support and optimize IT infrastructure across multiple locations in Spain and provide remote support for global offices. This role is essential for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- βInstall, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including servers, switches, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- βManage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
- βManage asset inventory and infrastructure deployments through direct contact with vendors and contractors.
- βSupport IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations, updating or creating documentation when needed.
- βTroubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
Requirements
- βAssociateβs or Bachelorβs degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience 5+ years).
- βProven experience in IT administration, technical support, or a similar role. Preferred background in enterprise IT environments.
- βFamiliarity with a subset of the following: Windows OS, MacOS, UNIX/Linux sysadmin, networking protocols, Google Workspace productivity tools, Active Directory, Meraki, NinjaRMM, Jira Service Management, AI tools, on-premises server experience (preferred).
- βAbility to travel between company locations in Spain as needed.
- βBilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; German is a plus.
