About the Role
Dusty Robotics is seeking a Director of Business Operations to help optimize and scale the business using a data-driven approach. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a strong generalist with exceptional analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze historical revenue, deal structures, and customer behavior
- →Build a clear view of the revenue engine across products, services, pricing, and customer segments
- →Model unit economics, margins, and offering-level profitability
- →Identify value creation opportunities across the portfolio
- →Shape strategic decisions with data
- →Own initiatives from analysis through execution
- →Propose and evaluate changes to pricing, packaging, and offerings
- →Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to improve GTM effectiveness
- →Establish core analytics, dashboards, and metrics
- →Improve data cleanliness and reliability across systems
- →Hire and lead a small team to support business operations
Requirements
- ✓MBA from a top-tier program
- ✓Prior experience at a top management consulting firm
- ✓0–3 years post-MBA experience
- ✓Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
- ✓Strong grasp of GTM concepts
- ✓Comfortable working directly with data
- ✓Ability to move from analysis to implementation
- ✓Highly hands-on with a proactive mindset
