About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the GTM Outbound Team at Easyship, a leading multi-carrier shipping software company. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying leads for warehousing and fulfillment solutions, educating creators on Easyship’s global fulfillment capabilities, and setting up discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and qualify crowdfunding campaigns and creators, as well as Shopify merchants
- →Conduct outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and CRM workflows
- →Educate prospects on Easyship’s warehousing and fulfillment services in the US, EU, UK, and APAC
- →Manage and nurture leads through early stages of the sales cycle
- →Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives
- →Track and update all activities in HubSpot CRM
- →Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and logistics teams to align messaging and funnel performance
- →Stay up to date with industry trends, campaign launches, and fulfillment challenges within the crowdfunding space
Requirements
- ✓1–2 years experience in a sales or lead qualification role, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce
- ✓Strong understanding of the crowdfunding space and/or global fulfillment processes is a plus
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Comfortable using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and sales enablement tools
- ✓Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- ✓Comfortable working across global time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
