- βExcellent communication skills with the ability to support customers across different languages or time zones
- βStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- βExperience delivering product training and best practice guidance to customers
- βProblem-solving mindset with the ability to coordinate with technical teams to address complex issues
- βProficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail, and Google Docs
