Key Responsibilities
- βMaintain a centralized tracker for all project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
- βMonitor progress against the project plan and proactively identify delays or risks to timely delivery.
- βReview project artefacts for timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
- βValidate that artefacts meet agreed quality criteria before submission or approval.
- βEngage with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to confirm deliverable ownership and timelines.
- βEnsure all mandatory artefacts are submitted and stored in the designated repository.
- βProvide regular updates on deliverable status, overdue items, and quality assurance findings.
- βCoordinate information for adhoc internal / audit RFI requests
Requirements
- βDegree in IT / Project Management or a related field
- βMinimum 5 years of IT Project Support experience, preferably in banking/financial industry
- βExperience in large-scale, multi-project environments
- βUnderstanding of Project Life Cycle and basic understanding of project methodologies
- βInnovative and have past track records of introducing process improvement
- βStrong organisational and analytical skills, meticulous with details
- βHighly-motivated self-starter and strong team player
- βExcellent communication / interpersonal skills
- βGood attitude, coachable and able to maintain confidentiality
- βAble to multitask, work in a fast paced environment, handle high degree stress and meet deadlines
