- βSupport discovery activities through market analysis, benchmarking, hypothesis validation, and tracking of internal action plans
Requirements
- βSenior Business Analyst track record leading complex initiatives in agile environments
- βAbility to translate business needs into clear and actionable functional definitions
- βSolid understanding of digital product including roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and trade-offs
- βExperience working with multiple business and technology stakeholders while managing expectations
- βAdvanced JIRA mastery for requirement management and delivery tracking
- βIntermediate Excel skills focused on impact analysis, metrics, and decision-making
- βIntermediate PowerPoint skills for executive communication and presentations to management levels
- βAnalytical ability to structure squad data and evaluate impact before and after launch
- βExperience participating in discovery processes and business hypothesis validation
- βHigh autonomy, critical thinking, and results orientation
