About the Role
We are looking for a Java Technical Lead to join our team in PerΓΊ. This role involves leading technical development of backend solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with defined standards.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead technical design and development of backend solutions using Java.
- βDefine technical guidelines and best development practices.
- βDesign and implement microservices-based architectures.
- βSupervise proper implementation of APIs and backend services.
- βProvide technical support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- βGraduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- βSenior experience in backend development with Java.
- βPrevious experience leading teams or holding technical reference roles.
- βMastery of the Java ecosystem and Spring frameworks.
- βExperience in designing and implementing microservices.
- βSolid knowledge of REST APIs and distributed architectures.
- βExperience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- βAbility to lead technical decisions and support development teams.
