Key Responsibilities
- βLead and facilitate agile teams ensuring compliance with committed OKRs and KPIs
- βFacilitate agile ceremonies at team level and in scaled contexts promoting good practices
- βCoordinate cross-functionally with business and IT areas to ensure alignment and delivery of value
- βDrive the evolution of the agile maturity model and propose initiatives for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Requirements
- βMore than three years of experience leading teams under agile frameworks
- βMastery of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and Lean principles
- βExperience in project management and tracking including roadmap, budget and team management
- βHandling of tools such as Jira, MS Project, Miro and Azure DevOps
- βAbility to define and track performance and agile evolution metrics
- βSkill to lead meetings and presentations to management and senior leadership levels
- βAbility to create high-impact presentations for different forums
- βCritical thinking for decision making and problem solving
- βLeadership, persuasion and negotiation skills
- βResults orientation, transformation and continuous improvement
