About the Role
The Scrum Master is a central role in facilitating project delivery. This position involves directly managing 1-3 teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand and apply Agile values and principles
- →Help teams understand and apply scaled Agile roles, events, artifacts, and underlying principles/values
- →Assist stakeholders in understanding planning in complex environments
- →Facilitate teams' events, ensuring clear purpose and outcomes
- →Represent the teams effectively, building relationships with stakeholders
- →Provide tailored coaching and mentoring to team members
- →Conduct agile induction for new team members
- →Ensure teams focus on the agreed Product Vision
- →Maintain just-in-time backlog readiness
- →Help teams apply agile sizing for improved predictability
- →Contribute to the evolution of the Product Roadmap
- →Manage costs, timescales, and team capacity
- →Provide forecasts on team availability
- →Harmonize planning with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
- →Ensure management of external dependencies
- →Make product release progress visible
- →Identify, assess, and manage risks and impediments
- →Coordinate teams towards successful product delivery
- →Ensure delivery meets client quality expectations
- →Drive creation and implementation of Common Definition of Done
- →Contribute to decisions around team structure optimization
- →Lead change initiatives for continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks
