About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join Ensono, an expert technology adviser and managed service provider. This role involves providing senior-level program and project management expertise for large, complex infrastructure and data center migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- βCollaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, project scope, risks, and resources
- βDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- βEnsure effective team identification of program and project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
- βProvide leadership and strategic direction to the project team
- βManage program and project scope, schedule, and status reporting
- βDevelop measurement processes for assessing progress towards goals
- βManage costs and budget
- βFacilitate cross-training and provide coaching to team members
- βDevelop business insights based on analysis of results
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience
- βMinimum of 7 years of complex IT program and project management experience
- βIT outsourcing knowledge
- βStrong Infrastructure Management experience
- βProficient in MS Office Projects and MS Project
- βStrong Financial Management Skills
- βEfficient team management skills
- βStrong Leadership skills
- βAbility to travel when required
- βAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment
- βProject Management Institute PMP certification preferred
- βITIL knowledge or certification preferred
- βITSM knowledge or certification preferred
- βProject financial / revenue recognition experience preferred
- βM.B.A. or B.S. in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred
