About the Role
Epic Games is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support HR and Recruiting teams. This role involves serving as a compensation consultant to the business and partnering with HR Business Partners, Coordinators, and Recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- βAdvise HR Partners and Recruiters on compensation programs and concerns such as promotion adjustments, new hire offers, and job evaluations.
- βTriage compensation-related issues and serve as the first point of contact for the People Team around compensation programs and recruitment questions.
- βSupport compensation initiatives through projects like conducting market compensation analysis, compensation program administration, and development of training/coaching materials.
- βUtilize market data outputs for Compensation analyses to aid stakeholders with decision-making.
- βEnsure compliance with federal and local laws and regulations such as FLSA.
- βTake on other projects as needed within the broader HR Operations function.
Requirements
- βDirect experience with Compensation programs, plans, and processes.
- βConsultative experience in development and administration of compensation programs (base pay and variable pay) in gaming, technology, entertainment, or media industries.
- βExperience with HRIS Technology, preferably Workday.
- βExperience with major compensation survey vendors, especially Radford.
- βDemonstrated intermediate Excel and/or Google Sheets experience.
- βDemonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively, with excellent listening skills, strong organizational and time-management skills.
