About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join the Human Resources team at Esri. This role will support Talent Acquisition in recruiting top talent across various divisions, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- βCoordinate phone interviews, onsite interviews, travel arrangements, and new hire activities
- βMaintain accurate recruiting data within applicant tracking systems and other reporting tools
- βResolve data discrepancies promptly while keeping all parties informed
- βCoordinate workflow processes with various team members and groups
- βHandle sensitive information with confidence and professionalism
- βExcel both independently and within a collaborative team setting
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- βExcellent verbal and written communication skills
- βStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
- βExperience with employee/customer interactions and correspondence
- βStrong customer service skills
- βAbility to multi-task, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
- βProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- βHigh school diploma or equivalent
