About the Role
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Leader to join our Enterprise Business Intelligence team. This role involves leading a team to deliver insightful information products to stakeholders across the enterprise, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead and mentor a team of BI professionals, providing guidance and support for their project efforts, professional growth, and career development
- βEngage with leadership across the enterprise to understand their reporting and analysis needs and develop strategies to deliver on those needs
- βOversee the creation of insightful Power BI reports and dashboards, driving operational excellence and strategic decision-making
- βCollaborate with technology peers to establish transformative data strategies and coordinate cross-functional activities required to drive BI projects forward
- βMaintain effective communication and transparency of work and deliverables with core stakeholders
Requirements
- β5+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or Business Applications, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- βDemonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills to engage and inspire a high-performing team
- βExceptional ability to analyze complex business problems and drive the design and delivery of visually appealing information products
- βA proven history of initiating and successfully driving process improvements and strategic projects
- βProficiency working with business intelligence and analytical reporting tools
- βBachelorβs in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
