About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join Esri and grow recruitment efforts across technical teams. This role involves identifying, engaging, and closing candidates while partnering with leadership to understand hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive full-cycle recruiting and employee selection efforts within Product Development and Engineering division
- βBuild solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a thought partner throughout the recruiting process
- βDevelop deep business knowledge of Esriβs Product Development and Engineering division
- βMaintain key recruiting metrics and analyze trends to drive effective hiring decisions
Requirements
- β2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for technical positions
- βDemonstrated track record of building successful partnerships at all organizational levels
- βSolid capacity to conduct behavioral competency assessments
- βProven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
- βOutstanding interpersonal skills and creativity
- βBachelorβs degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications
