About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join Finvari, a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming construction company payments. This role involves owning the full expansion sales cycle for existing mid-market construction customers, with a focus on identifying opportunities to deliver additional value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive account growth by identifying, positioning, and closing upsell opportunities within existing customers
- →Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess product adoption, value realization, and expansion opportunities
- →Build and maintain trusted relationships with construction leaders, finance teams, and operations stakeholders
- →Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in our CRM (Hubspot)
- →Represent Finvari in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed
- →Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing product and market feedback to Sales, Product, and Leadership
- →Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer on account strategy, opportunity prioritization, and deal execution
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in account management, customer success, or sales
- ✓Experience selling SaaS, fintech, or commercial card / payment solutions
- ✓Proven ability to drive expansion revenue and manage a book of business
- ✓Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
- ✓Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills
- ✓Ability to manage and prioritize multiple expansion opportunities simultaneously
- ✓Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy and accountability
- ✓Willingness to travel periodically for customer relationship-building
