About the Role
We are looking for a BDR Manager to build and scale our outbound business development function across the Americas. This role will lead teams in NYC, Bogota, and São Paulo, developing strategies, processes, and talent to fuel our sales pipeline in the blockchain sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Recruit, onboard, and ramp BDRs across North and South America
- →Provide ongoing coaching and performance management to maximize team capacity
- →Develop training programs for BDRs to navigate technical products and complex buyer personas
- →Develop and execute segmentation strategies for new business development
- →Drive qualified pipeline creation through outbound motions
- →Optimize processes, messaging, and workflows to improve conversion rates
- →Partner with Marketing to establish lead quality standards and feedback loops
- →Collaborate with regional Sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs
- →Work with Revenue Operations to refine systems, reporting, and forecasting
Requirements
- ✓2-3+ years managing BDR or SDR teams with demonstrated success
- ✓Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing professionals
- ✓Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience building processes, implementing tools, and using data to drive decisions
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience managing distributed or remote teams
