About the Role
The Inside Sales – Technical Team is made up of personable, detail-oriented problem-solvers who connect with customers to meet their instrumentation needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond to phone, email, and web-based inquiries regarding technical data, price, delivery, or application information
- →Evaluate customer applications and recommend equipment based on performance, delivery, and price parameters
- →Develop clear and effective quotations for customers and representatives
- →Liaise between application engineering and sales support to efficiently service customers
- →Complete proactive open quote follow-up and new product information calls
- →Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
- →Assist sales support with model codes, price deviations, commission assignments, and credit holds
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- ✓1-3 years of sales and customer service experience
- ✓Experience in project administration duties, including metrics preparation and contract-based support
- ✓Basic understanding of math functions, including discount calculation and pricing factors
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Very detailed and organized approach to work
